Lens Blur

Filters let you change the look of your image, for example by providing
their emergence impressionistic painting or mosaic tiles, or adding unique lighting or distortion. You can also use multiple filters to clean up or retouch your photos. Filters are provided by Adobe appears in the Filter menu. Some of the filters provided by third parties developers are available as plug-ins. Once installed, these plug-ins filter appears at the bottom of the Filter menu. To use a filter, select the appropriate submenu command from Filter menu. This guide can help you in choosing a filter:
Filters are applied to the layer, the active visible or choice.
Filters can not be applied to Bitmap-mode or indexed-color image. Some filters work only on RGB images.
The following filters can be applied to 32-bit picture: Average Blur, the Bilateral Blur, Box Blur, Gaussian Blur, Motion Blur, Radial Blur, Sample Blur, Add Noise, fiber, Lens Flare, Smart Sharpen, Unsharp Mask, De-Interlace, NTSC Color, High Pass, and Offset.
