Menu Window Channels Photoshop
Color information channels are created automatically when you open a new image.
Each image in photoshop have one or more color channels, depending on the image color mode.
Image's color mode determines the number of color channels created.
An RGB image has channels for each color (red, green, and blue) channels plus a composite that is used for editing images.
For CMYK Image, there are 4 channels each for cyan, magenta, yellow, and black.
We can bring up the Channels palette menu Window> Channels.
