Blur filters and effects
The commands in the sub menu on the menu Blur and raster-based effects using the effects settings whenever you apply the effect to the object vector.Blur Gaussian blur the selection by the number of pixels are adjusted.
This filter removes high frequency detail and can produce blurred effects.
Radial Blur Simulates a soft blur created by camera zooming.
